The first idea of the establishment of the Fine Arts Studies Quarterly were struck in 2019 by the Central Council. The purpose of this publication is to create a coherent and stable atmosphere to respond to the various problems of official dissemination of ideas, researches, translations, and essays of students and researchers. These problems which are  wide range of issues, including the need for the researcher to pay for the publication in many journals, the unreasonable waiting time for an article to be published, and the impossibility of the student or researcher to take responsibility for the article. The Fine Arts Studies Quarterly seeks to bridge the gap between "unscientific content" and "research journals" and to create a dynamic atmosphere for students and researchers to exchange ideas.

For this purpose, the contents of this journal are divided into three separate sections, the first part is related to research articles, the second part is related to translation and the third part is related to critique Interviews and discussion.

In the first part, the researchers' articles will be published in less than three months after reviewed and accompanied by scientific supervision by prominent professors of the Fine Arts Campus, as well as the necessary corrections and revisions. In the second part, the lack of attention of official journals to the subject of translation and its role in research led us to publish articles translated by students and researchers after the necessary review and editing. In the third part, the aim was to create a context that simultaneously addresses the theoretical and historical issues of art and architecture, as well as current issues and concerns, and the audience has dynamic and vivid experiences of a journal by reading different essays, interviews, and perspectives.
